    Job description

    • Job Category: Legal & Compliance
    • Contract Type: Internship
    • Brand Name: Amplifon

    Role Overview:

The Compliance Intern position is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide you with hands on experience that aligns with your interests and skillsets. Throughout your internship you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects to gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and contribute to projects that directly impact the business. In addition, you will gain exposure to our senior leadership through our Amp’d Up with Leader Series and participate in different social activities with other interns and team members. To support your professional development, you will also have access to a variety of workshops designed to help you develop professional skills and you will be assigned a mentor in an area of interest to help you along the way.

Amplifon’s recognition as a “Top Employer 2026” across Europe, the United States, Canada, and New Zealand by the Top Employers Institute demonstrates the close tie between our purpose – helping people rediscover all the emotions of sound – and the success employees can experience here.

The Compliance Intern position is the perfect opportunity to Amp Up Your Career if you have an interest in compliance programs, data governance, contract review, risk management, and regulatory processes. You'll support compliance initiatives, map and update data flows, review third-party agreements, and gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a corporate compliance function.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Compliance & Risk Management Initiatives: Assist with the day-to-day administration of Amplifon's compliance program by supporting activities related to privacy, training and education, monitoring, and other core compliance functions.
    • Conduct Vendor & Third-Party Compliance Reviews: Evaluate vendor and third-party relationships, review contractual agreements, identify potential compliance gaps, and present findings and recommendations to Compliance leadership.
    • Document Data Flows & Business Processes: Partner with IT, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to map, update, and document data flows, ensuring a clear understanding of how data is collected, transferred, and stored across systems while creating accurate, current-state process documentation.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health or Privacy law, Business Administration, Health Information Management, Auditing, Information Security or related field.

    • Current Junior with a graduation date between May - June 2028
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools
    • Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively and independently

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous leadership experience through involvement in student organizations, volunteer work, or previous experience

Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $22-23/hour.

Working model and hours: Our internship runs for 10 weeks and is designed as a hybrid experience—spend three days each week collaborating in-person at our Minneapolis headquarters and two days working remotely. Interns work about 40 hours per week.

Application Process: Please note that applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. To ensure full consideration, we recommend applying as soon as possible. The application deadline is Monday, October 5th.
