    • Facilitate engagement survey action planning with functional area leads across assigned areas, translating survey findings into specific, accountable commitments with defined owners and timelines, and tracking progress through completion.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field

    • 3 or more years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, people programs, or a closely related function

    • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating training programs for adult learners in a professional or organizational setting

    • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional people programs, including career development, capability building, or manager enablement initiatives, across multiple stakeholder groups

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing clear, professional documentation, facilitation materials, and stakeholder-ready deliverables

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience governing or curating a knowledge management platform such as Bloomfire, Confluence, or a comparable tool

    • Familiarity with a structured change management methodology

    • Experience supporting employee engagement survey analysis and action planning

    • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Classroom, Docs, Slides, and Forms

    • Experience in a supply chain, operations, or EdTech environment
