Senior Procurement Specialist

Hold a Degree of Higher Educational Institution in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a quantitative field of study. 5 years professional experience within an established organization in Procurement or in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is considered an advantage. Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to achieve favorable business outcomes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Responsibilities Manage requests mainly of a strategic nature and conducting tenders for the supply of services and goods in IT projects, to new and existing suppliers (e.g., Transformation Program plan projects, Cloud Provider & Services projects, systemic implementation of HR and IT Outsourcing projects). Conduct negotiations with suppliers, indicatively regarding costs and specifications for new as well as existing (business as usual) projects and requests.

Identify operational improvements and manage the related actions. Cooperate directly with the requesting Units to understand and process their requests, as well as with other Support Units regarding the completeness of the requests (budget, etc.). Maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, adhering to the company's code of ethics in all supplier interactions. Prepare and submit requests for approval to the Group Procurement Committee and their presentation.
