Core Responsibilities Full delivery ownership: programme, cost, quality, HSE, and contractual compliance across the project portfolio Horizontal coordination with all functions (commercial, procurement, finance, factory, design) to remove obstacles Build PMO standards, tools, and governance, and transfer this knowledge into the company with direct executive backing from the CEO Power BI reporting for full portfolio visibility, operating fully within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for budgets, billing, and cost control Hands-on field presence, reinforcing delivery teams when needed Cost reduction through value engineering, package restructuring, and subcontractor negotiation without compromising quality Technical and contractual responses to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and client correspondence to protect the company's position Identifying and substantiating commercial entitlements (variations and claims) with strong documentation Growing repeat business with government clients and giga-project owners Managing project cash flow: forward projections, invoice certification follow-up, and collection with the client's finance departments Standard Professional Responsibilities Integrated project management per PMI/PMBOK methodology (scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, stakeholders) Baseline schedules (Primavera P6 or equivalent) with earned value, progress measurement, and critical path management Structured risk management: live risk registers and mitigation plans Disciplined contract administration: notices, records, and compliance with contractual time-bars Monthly project reviews with KPI dashboards, escalating deviations early with recovery plans Team development: performance evaluation, training, and succession planning Proper project closeout: lessons learned, final accounts, warranties, and documented handover Managing interfaces with government authorities, service providers, and local permits
