Reporting directly to the Learning and Talent Development Manager, the Learning and Performance Specialist is responsible for delivering An Post’s performance and talent development framework.
This role supports the measurement and development of talent and oversees standardised talent and performance management approaches to deliver on An Post’s strategy and goals.
