The Recruiting Assistant works within a collaborative team to support firm-wide recruitment efforts.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provide firm-wide recruitment support across all offices and positions.
• Provide candidate scheduling and coordination support from first round interviews through candidate debriefs, support candidate communications and logistics, and manage the collection of interviewer feedback.
• Assist with administrative tasks and projects to enhance processes and ensure seamless candidate experience through each stage of the recruitment process.
• Communicate both written and verbally with candidates, hiring managers, and agency contacts.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and candidate tracker, and oversee applicant flow processes in real time.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires including but not limited to offer letter generation, initiation of background checks, and updating internal HR trackers.
• Respond to candidate inquiries via email and phone.
• Collaborate with broader HR team on strategic projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous co-op experience preferred.
• Preference for a junior, senior, or 5th year with strong academic credentials.
• HR or Recruiting experience in a professional services company environment preferred.
• Self-starter who can juggle multiple assignments at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player, flexibility to contribute wherever needed, and ability to work with constituents from different levels and backgrounds.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and customer service mindset.
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to applicant tracking software preferred, experience with iCIMS and Yello is a plus.
• An inclusive and growth-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work across differences.

This role is compensated at an hourly rate of $25.
