Roles and Responsibilities
- Build back-end features in Python, including profiling and integrating large datasets
- Support the design and implementation of functional requirements
- Implement best practise API designs including security
- Collaborate with Front-End Developers to implement design into the code
- Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements
- Contribute to CI/CD & Test automation
- Prepare technical documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Extensive core Python experience, with a minimum of 5 years' experience
- Strong in creating backend APIs
- Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Bottle, FastAPI)
- Large datasets and distributed processing (e.g., Spark, Dask)
- Container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes on Azure/AWS/GCP
- Experience building RESTful APIs & API development best practice
- Strong experience in SQL
