    Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech Language Pathologists and Speech Language Pathologists Assistants to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

    Whether you are an experienced Speech Therapists or a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, this role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful, one-on-one care while helping children build lifelong skills.

    As a Speech Language Pathologist or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will play a critical role in improving communication, independence, and overall quality of life for pediatric patients.

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide evidence-based care in the home and community

    • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (Speech Language Therapist)

    • Implement treatment plans under supervision (Speech Language Therapist Assistants)

    • Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development

    • Educate and empower families and caregivers

    • Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners

    • Develop home programs to ensure continued progress

    • Document all care and services in EMR

    • Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas)

    • Current CPR certification

    Preferred:

    • 1+ year of pediatric experience

    • Home health experience
