    About the team

This team is the analytical and strategic engine driving performance across Angi Services. We partner closely with Operations, Finance, Product, and Care to ensure financial transparency, support profitable growth of the Services business, and drive alignment to broader Angi initiatives. Our work spans strategic project leadership, forecasting, leadership reporting, and operational process improvement.

Dedicated to delivering "Jobs Done Well", we thrive at the intersection of account management, finance, and operations — turning complex business challenges into actionable, data-backed solutions.

    What you’ll do

The Senior Analyst, Services Operations drives strategic initiatives across Angi Services ensuring profitable operations and alignment with broader Angi initiatives. This role leads special projects, strengthens reporting and forecasting, ensures revenue transparency, and improves operational processes.

Working at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, you will develop tools and analyses that drive performance and identify process improvements. As a Senior Analyst, your goal is to answer not just "what happened?" but "why did it happen?" and "how do we improve it?". In this role you will translate complex data into clear strategic actions that directly accelerate growth and profitability for Angi Services.

    • P&L Ownership: Own the P&L for multiple lines of business — including forecasting, profitability assessments, and ROI analyses. You're not just reporting the numbers; you're accountable for understanding and improving them.

    • Reporting & Forecasting: Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, own regular leadership reporting and decks, and continuously refine methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

    • Revenue Transparency & Reconciliation: Design and own the processes that ensure proper partner payment reconciliation — including standing up new workflows, triaging discrepancies, and operationalizing hand-offs to Accounting.

    • Operational Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing reporting and financial processes, propose solutions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Ops, Product, Care, Finance, Accounting, and Legal to execute strategic initiatives, track their impact, and resolve ad-hoc business needs. Serve as a strategic thought leader on how your lines of business fit into Angi's broader direction.

    Who you are

    • 2+ years of professional background in investment banking, management consulting, or a comparable fast-paced tech environment

    • Robust quantitative aptitude with expert-level Excel skills; SQL proficiency preferred

    • Proven track record of synthesizing data from multiple channels to generate strategic business insights

    • Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal, alongside PowerPoint expertise

    • Strong capabilities in project management and navigating cross-functional stakeholder relationships while balancing competing priorities

    • Self-motivated and resourceful professional capable of independent execution

    • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to rigorous quality assurance

    • Competency in utilizing AI tools to optimize and accelerate analytical processes

    • Genuine interest in the home services sector, marketplaces, and product-centric organizations

    We value diversity

We know that the best ideas come from teams where diverse points of view uncover new solutions to hard problems. We welcome and value individuals who bring diverse life experiences, educational backgrounds, cultures, and work experiences.

Our hiring process may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in candidate screening and assessment. Our AI tools are designed to complement, not replace, human decision-making.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • The salary band for this position ranges $75,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location.

    • This position will be eligible for a competitive year-end performance bonus.

    • Full medical, dental, and vision package to fit your needs.

    • Flexible vacation policy; work hard and take time when you need it.

    • Pet discount plans & retirement plan with company match (401K).
