(Occasional on-call and weekend hours) </div><div> <br>ANIZ Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our dynamic clinical team. This role provides high-quality, client-centered services to individuals impacted by mental health and substance use disorders, including those served through Ryan White and SAMHSA-funded programs. The LMSW will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director to support holistic care, promote recovery, and improve overall quality of life for clients.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing case management services.</li> <li>Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.</li> <li>Coordinate care for Ryan White clients, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and support for individuals living with HIV/AIDS.</li> <li>Support SAMHSA program participants through recovery-oriented services, including counseling, crisis intervention, and referrals.</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers, case managers, and community partners, to ensure continuity of care.</li> <li>Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and federal requirements.</li> <li>Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.</li> <li>Provide psychoeducation to clients and families regarding mental health, substance use, and available resources.</li> <li>Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.</li> <li>Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of client care.</li> </ul><div> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program.</li> <li>Active LMSW license in the state of practice at least 3 years.</li> <li>Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.</li> <li>Knowledge of Ryan White and/or SAMHSA-funded programs is highly desirable.</li> <li>Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Commitment to culturally competent and trauma-informed care.</li> </ul><div> <strong>Core Competencies<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Empathy and client-centered approach</li> <li>Strong ethical judgment and professionalism</li> <li>Crisis intervention and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Effective collaboration and teamwork</li> <li>Attention to detail and documentation accuracy</li> </ul><div> <strong>Work Environment<br></strong><br> </div><div>This position operates in a supportive clinical setting with opportunities for community-based engagement.
