The successful candidate is a fun, creative individual who exudes flexibility when collaborating with other designers. You must be proactive and take ownership of each project as well as daily work. You must have strong design skills and experience working in the Senior Housing market. Experience managing client relationships and strong presentation skills is required. The ideal candidate has previous experience managing a team of designers as well as experience working directly with Architects on new construction.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
Well versed in architectural interior design, code requirements, and FF&E
Experience working hand in hand with an architectural team to help shape the spaces and the experience of the residents
Experience being highly involved in all aspects of the project from the first conceptual ideas, to design and construction documentation, to FF&E selection and installation
Ability to provide interior design solutions for any scope of the project including space planning, design, drawings, color and material selections
