    Client Experience and Sales:

    • Own the clinic's client experience and sales performance, monitoring conversion, retention, and rebooking rates against goals.
    • Ensure a seamless client journey from intake through treatment, particularly for functional health services.
    • Resolve client escalations with professionalism and a solutions-first approach.

    Policies and Procedures (Compliance):

    • Implement necessary policies and procedures to maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and scope-of-practice requirements.
