Support audits and ensure financial records and documentation aligned with hospital policies and 340B program requirements.
Work directly with the hospital pharmacist and retail pharmacist to support 340B pharmacy accounting and reconciliation activities.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or associate’s degree in business administration or related field.
Minimum of two years of accounting experience; healthcare, pharmacy, or 340B experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, reconciliation, organizational, and Microsoft Excel skills with a strong commitment to attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across hospital departments.
