As a Client Services Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Legal Advisors working within our respected Childcare Team. You’ll provide vital administrative and client-focused support to help the team deliver an excellent service.
The role will primarily be to support fee earners in the Child Care team but there is opportunity to work across the rest of the private client teams which include family, personal planning and management, mental health and Court of Protection.
- Typing via dictation
- Document amendments - to include applications to court, court orders, witness statements etc
- Diary Management
- File management - to include opening and closing files, carrying out compliance checks, scanning and saving documents to the document management system
- Contact with clients and professionals via telephone and email
This role involves working with highly sensitive and confidential information relating to vulnerable individuals. The successful candidate will demonstrate discretion, professionalism and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Ideally, you will also possess the following skills:
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to manage a busy workload effectively
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
