Anthony L. Jordan Health Corporation is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join one of the nation's oldest Federally Qualified Health Centers serving the Rochester community for more than 120 years.
This is an opportunity to practice high-quality outpatient primary care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families throughout our community. As part of our collaborative, team-based care model, you will work alongside behavioral health providers, dental professionals, nurses, pharmacists, care managers, and community health workers to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving a designated Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA), eligible physicians may qualify for valuable educational loan repayment opportunities, including:
