School Social Worker (FMLA)
Location: Lake Orion, MI
Caseload: Several elementary and middle school coverage roles available
Start Date: 26-27 School Year

As a School Social Worker with AnthroMed, you’ll join a dynamic team of professionals working toward a shared goal of fostering student success and personal growth. We pride ourselves on providing unmatched clinical support, ongoing collaboration, and professional development throughout the school year. There are currently three in-person, FMLA, roles available:
Role 1: Supporting elementary students across a variety of needs (including students in an ASD program) through push in and small group therapy. You’ll work alongside a general education social worker in the same building, as well as a multidisciplinary team. The FMLA role is from August 24th, 2026 (first day of school) until November 24th, 2026.
Role 2: Supporting elementary students across a variety of needs (including students in two ASD programs) through push in and small group therapy. You’ll work alongside a special education social worker in the same building, as well as a multidisciplinary team. The FMLA role is from September 1st, 2026 until November 24th, 2026.
Role 3: Supporting middle school students across a variety of needs (including students in two ASD programs) through push in and small group therapy. You’ll work alongside a school counselor in the same building, as well as a multidisciplinary team. The FMLA role is from September 18th, 2026 until December 18th, 2026.

Salary: $57,500 - $75,000 salary OR $47.00 - $63.00/hour based on experience and qualifications (paid weekly)
