Join a Collaborative School-Based SLP Team Supporting Diverse Elementary Caseloads
AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite elementary school opportunity in Reading, Pennsylvania for the 2026–2027 school year.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative school environment serving PreK–5th grade students across a blended caseload. Clinicians will support students with a wide range of communication needs, from speech-only services to more complex communication disorders including Autism and low-incidence disabilities.
Reading offers a variety of clinical opportunities, making it easier to align placements with each clinician’s strengths and interests while continuing to grow professionally within a supportive team environment.

Caseload & Responsibilities
The selected SLP will support a blended elementary caseload of approximately 50–60 students with varying communication needs.
Responsibilities include:
Familiarity with AAC is beneficial, but not required. Ongoing support and training on IEP systems and district procedures are available through experienced SLP leads and special education administration.
