- Perform technical feasibility checks of customer orders and coordinate delivery scheduling, including the assignment of delivery dates
- Take responsibility for production planning and control, ensuring the timely and capacity-aligned scheduling of manufacturing orders
- Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and other departments to ensure efficient material availability and production supply
- Define production quantities, delivery schedules, and batch sizes in alignment with production targets and business requirements
- Prepare demand forecasts and coordinate planning activities with the respective product divisions
- Ensure timely, transparent, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement measures to improve production efficiency and optimize inventory levels, lead times, and costs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within production planning and production control processes
- Manage the transfer of new products and projects from development into serial production, ensuring a smooth production ramp-up
- Maintain, create, and continuously update production-related master data within the ERP system
- Completed technical or commercial education (e.g., apprenticeship, technical college (HTL), university of applied sciences (FH), or equivalent) with a focus on Production, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Professional experience in production planning, scheduling, or a comparable role is considered an advantage
- Proficient in SAP, particularly the PP (Production Planning) and MM (Materials Management) modules, as well as advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and structured working style combined with excellent organizational skills
