- Structured preparation of information and decision-making materials for the CEO, including reports, analyses, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Professional communication and coordination interface between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders
- Support of the CEO in day-to-day operations as well as independent handling of organizational and administrative tasks
- Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of meetings and appointments
- Independent scheduling and professional calendar management
- Organization and coordination of business trips, including travel management
- Support with short-notice requests and cross-functional topics
- Completed education in business administration or a related field
- Extensive professional experience in a comparable assistant or coordination role, ideally within an industrial or technology company
- Ability to quickly understand complex information and present it in a structured and audience-appropriate manner
- Strong affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills
- High level of discretion and a trustworthy approach to handling sensitive information
- Exceptional level of resilience under pressure, diligence, and flexibility
- Strong interest in technical and business-related topics
