- Planning, controlling, and monitoring production orders with regard to deadlines, capacities, and material availability
- Prioritizing ongoing orders and ensuring smooth production processes
- Creating, maintaining, and processing production orders and production-related data in SAP
- Monitoring material availability and proactively resolving missing parts and bottlenecks
- Monitoring production deadlines and order progress and initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations
- Working closely with production, planning, materials management, purchasing, and other departments
- Clarifying technical questions, disruptions, and deviations within the production process
- Contributing to the optimization of production processes, lead times, and production control procedures
- Analyzing relevant production data and key performance indicators
- Completed technical education (apprenticeship, technical school, or HTL), ideally in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in manufacturing, production control, production planning, or a similar production environment
- Good working knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP PP and MM
- Good technical understanding and experience working with bills of materials (BOMs) and production documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as very good German language skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for working closely with production teams
