Job Description

You will help us achieve our mission of fasteners fast & extreme customer service through great leadership and management of our Nelson branch. We are looking for someone to help us build an environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and productivity, with the ability to communicate effectively to staff.

In this role you would:

• Have significant focus on growing the West Coast, Tasman, Nelson and Marlborough region
• Motivate high performing sales and operations teams in a well established branch.
• Manage the branch well by delivering on our brand promises of fasteners fast and extreme customer service.
• Effectively implement strategies, set goals & direction and take people with you on the journey. 
• Have regular out of town travel, managing an engineering focused customer base.

Skills and experience needed for the role:

• You will need to be an experienced, effective leader and manager.
• You’ll have proven experience in generating excellent sales growth.
• Be comfortable delivering against revenue targets.
• Have good commercial acumen and a good understanding of operations. 
• You like to get the most out of your day – and you do!
• Have a clean and current driver's licence.
• Ideally have fastener and industry knowledge.
