Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role. Knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, software applications, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting techniques. Strong communication, problem-solving, customer service, teamwork, and time management skills. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent certifications are preferred.
