Sales Representative

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of sales experience (industry-specific experience is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license (if required). We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to identify and convert potential clients. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Present, promote, and sell the company's products or services. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and exhibitions.
