We’re hiring for a Marketing Executive to support our growing Marketing team!

To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Marketing Executive to sit at the heart of our digital team, working alongside our website and eCRM leads and supporting both areas day to day.

You'll take briefs from teams across the business and turn them into well-targeted email campaigns and well-built web pages – building and sending emails to segmented audiences, creating and updating pages on our website, resolving digital issues, and reporting on how everything performed.

You’ll also own our lead processing, so we’re looking for someone process driven who spots inefficiencies and is confident recommending how we do things better.

    • Hands-on experience building and sending email campaigns and segmenting audiences in a CRM or email platform

    • A process-driven mindset – you like things documented and repeatable, and naturally look for ways to remove manual effort
    • Comfortable with data: accurate, detail-focused and confident pulling numbers into a clear reports
    • Well organised, able to juggle several briefs at once and prioritise sensibly
    • A clear communicator who can explain digital topics simply and enjoys working across teams
    • Curious and proactive, with an interest in AI and automation tools
    • Commercially aware – you understand how marketing activity links to enquiries, pipeline and revenue, and keep that front of mind

    Desirable skills

    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
    • B2B, financial or professional services experience
    • Experience with workflow or automation tools
    • Awareness of GDPR and marketing consent requirements
    • A marketing or digital qualification, or other relevant experience

    Using these skills, you’ll be:

    • Forming briefs, creating well-targeted email campaigns, agreeing timings, audience, messaging and how success will be measured
    • Building, testing and sending emails ensuring segmentation and links are accurate
    • Reporting on campaign performance with practical recommendations
    • Supporting the development of templates, journeys and automation within Dynamics (our CRM) as our use of the platform matures
    • Managing the day-to-day flow of inbound enquiries, distributing them promptly to the relevant business lines and teams
    • Creating and updating lead records in Dynamics
    • Maintaining and documenting the end-to-end lead process so it is consistent, auditable and easy for others to pick up
    • Tracking and reporting on enquiry volumes, marketing sources, routing and pipeline
    • Identifying where steps can be automated or simplified, working with the wider marketing and tech teams to test and implement improvements
    • Building and publishing new pages in the CMS, following our templates, brand guidelines and best practice (with support from our SEO and Content Lead)
    • Making content updates, and supporting the team with QA, UX improvements, testing and resolving on-site fixes and small technical issues
    • Setting up landing pages and forms for campaigns, events and gated content, making sure tracking and lead routing work end to end

    KPIs and objectives

    • Campaigns and website updates delivered on time, accurately, and to brief
    • Enquiries distributed within agreed service levels, with complete and accurate Dynamics records
    • Measurable reduction in manual lead-processing time through automation and process improvement
    • Clear, timely reporting that stakeholders act on
