We are looking for a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction at our CF Warehouse.
What You'll Do
- Keep the warehouse running at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as your top priority.
- Review workflows, space allocations, and equipment layouts to meet company standards for productivity and quality.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following all regulations and procedures.
- Receive and verify incoming orders, transport merchandise, and arrange deliveries in designated storage areas.
- Prepare, package, and ship products accurately and on time.
- Manage inventory levels using our Inventory Management System and assist with reporting.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and professional.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall facility operations.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience 1+ years in warehouse operations, shipping, and safety.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Basic technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and organizational excellence.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move throughout the warehouse.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for extended periods.
