Sales - Key Account Customers

As a Sales - Key Account Customers professional, you will manage customer requests, contracts, quotations, and orders throughout the entire order-to-cash process. You will coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth production and delivery, maintain strong customer relationships, and proactively resolve any issues or discrepancies. You will also monitor contracts, keep CRM tools up to date, and provide accurate sales reporting for your assigned sector.

Responsibilities

Daily Operations:

• Contract monitoring
• Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, lead times, and technical specifications
• Prepare, follow up on, and track commercial offers and quotes
• Process orders and manage full order-to-cash tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams to secure production and delivery schedules
• Maintain seamless and regular communication with customers
• Anticipate and proactively resolve disputes or contract discrepancies
• Update tracking tools (CRM) and provide sales reporting for your sector

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• You have at least 3 years’ experience in a sales role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with precision
• Motivated to learn new things
• Responsible
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Sidonie is a plus
• You are fluent in English, knowledge of French is an advantage
