We are looking for a Workday Data Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

 Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

• Workday HCM, FIN, or Payroll Certification (Required)

• 1+ years experience working with Workday data conversion, data analysis, or ETL processes (Required)

• Practical experience handling data loads for HCM, Financials or Payroll (Required)

• Solid understanding of how to build, populate, and upload Workday inbound EIBs. (Required)

• Fluent in English (Required)

• Experience developing and maintaining Workday reports (Required)

• Experience mapping, cleansing, and validating data from legacy systems for Workday (Required)

• Proven experience managing end-to-end Workday data migration projects (Required)

• Experience mentoring and training consultants or team members (Required)

• Prior Workday configuration or functional experience (Preferred)

• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration ​

• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust

• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations ​

• Recommended internet bandwidth of 20Mbps

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

• Prepare, format, and load data into Workday using standard migration tools, including EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and iLoads.

• Work with project leads and client templates to map legacy source data into Workday data collection workbooks.

• Run validation cycles to identify, investigate, and fix data load errors, formatting issues, and reconciliation discrepancies.

• Assist in generating data reconciliation reports to prove data accuracy to the client and project team before go-live.

• Collaborate closely with functional consultants (HCM, Payroll, and Financials) to ensure data is aligned with the configured tenant settings.
