Lead Consultant - Report/Dashboard Developer

Job Summary: Apex IT India is looking for a Management Consultant in Oracle CX space, willing to contribute and manage challenging tasks.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Report Developer to join our team. While experience from the Oracle stream is preferred, we are open to candidates from other streams, provided they have strong expertise in SQL and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Build and implement dynamic dashboards using tools like Oracle BI, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting platforms.
• Analyze data and generate insights to support business decisions and process improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to reporting systems, data discrepancies, and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SQL, with a strong ability to write complex queries.
• Hands-on experience in creating dashboards and reports using tools such as Oracle BI, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of database structures and data warehousing concepts is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Oracle reporting tools or any other enterprise reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
