The Opportunity

The Marketing & Communications Intern will contribute to a key 2027 brand initiative while gaining experience in cross-functional marketing and communications work. The role is designed for a collaborative self-starter who is excited to learn, bring a fresh perspective, and help move brand-related project work forward.

Through this experience, you will gain hands-on experience with brand strategy and project execution; build skills in research, content development, stakeholder coordination, and presentation preparation; and learn how enterprise marketing and communications teams support leaders and business priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Support planning, research, content development, and coordination for a 2027 brand project.
• Help organize project inputs, feedback, timelines, and supporting materials.
• Assist with preparing presentations, communications, and other brand-related deliverables.
• Conduct research and summarize findings that inform project decisions.
• Collaborate with team members and internal partners to gather information and follow up on action items.
• Provide general support for priority marketing and communications initiatives.
• Complete defined research, content, or coordination deliverables for the 2027 brand project; create a well-organized project resource, presentation, or communication asset that can be used by the team; share key learnings and recommendations from the brand project at the end of the internship.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly and organize project information.

Preferred Qualifications

• A rising sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Collaborative team-player mindset.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through.
• Customer-service orientation and willingness to learn.

Program Details

• Internship Dates: June 7 – August 13, 2027
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Work Arrangement: On-site
• Location: New Brighton, MN
• Compensation: $23 per hour
