ABOUT THE ROLE
APIC Solutions is seeking a reliable, organized, and safety-conscious Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Operations team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and delivering materials, tools, and equipment that keep our field operations running smoothly. You will ensure inventory is maintained accurately, deliveries are completed on time, and our warehouse remains organized and efficient to support all APIC divisions.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in warehouse operations, logistics, and customer service while representing APIC Solutions professionally to both internal teams and job sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving & Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against packing slips and purchase orders
- Stock warehouse shelves and maintain organized inventory locations
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
- Return unused job materials to inventory with accurate documentation
- Process shipping and receiving paperwork and maintain organized records
Warehouse Operations:
- Pick, pull, and stage materials from Bills of Materials (BOMs) for projects
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, yard, and loading areas
Delivery & Field Support:
- Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites using company vehicles
- Assist technicians with loading materials and equipment on-site
- Represent APIC Solutions professionally while supporting all company divisions
Safety & Compliance:
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain safe practices in indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather conditions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory software
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Forklift experience or ability to become forklift certified
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or construction material experience
- Experience with electrical materials
- Experience reading and working with Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Forklift certification
