You’ll be responsible for:
- Prioritising key business activities (customer, employee, operational, financial) to achieve targets
- Developing and sustaining positive customer relationships
- Ensuring services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standards
- Achieving revenue and profit targets and sustaining business growth
- Growing your team and developing team members to optimise performance and engagement
- Managing a small caseload to keep your finger on the pulse
Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for:
- Occupational/Workplace Rehabilitation or injury management experience with a strong customer focus
- Leadership experience preferred but not essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (Social Workers, Rehabilitation Counsellors or Psychologists may also be considered)
- Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASW
- Practical knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation and case management
- Commercial acumen and understanding of key business drivers
- An energetic, positive and motivated approach to leadership
