We are looking for a full-time Operation Associate to support our team at Selfridges in London !
Contract Date: December 7 through January 11
Welcome & Client Experience
- Welcome clients and settle them in to offer a warm experience from the moment they enter the boutique
- Offer the coffee and chocolate service to punctuate the visit
- Prepare gift wrapping with care
- Manage the queue and ensure a smooth client flow, especially during busy periods
Coordination & Sales Support
- Assist sales advisors throughout the sales process, so they can focus fully on the client relationship
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify clients who need priority assistance
Boutique Operations
- Ensure restocking on the shop floor
- Carry out back-and-forth trips between the stockroom and the boutique as needed
- Take part in receiving and storing merchandise
- Prepare products when necessary
- Contribute to the general upkeep of the boutique: tidiness, cleanliness, presentation
Visual Merchandising
- Help maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards

- Comply with APM Monaco's procedures and standards
