APM MONACO is looking for a permanent contract in Full-Time for our shop in Berlin !

Welcome & Client Experience

●      Welcome clients and settle them in to offer a warm experience from the moment they enter the boutique

●      Offer the coffee and chocolate service to punctuate the visit

●      Prepare gift wrapping with care

●      Manage the queue and ensure a smooth client flow, especially during busy periods

Coordination & Sales Support

●      Assist sales advisors throughout the sales process, so they can focus fully on the client relationship

●      Coordinate with the sales team to identify clients who need priority assistance

Boutique Operations

●      Ensure restocking on the shop floor

●      Carry out back-and-forth trips between the stockroom and the boutique as needed

●      Take part in receiving and storing merchandise

●      Prepare products when necessary

●      Contribute to the general upkeep of the boutique: tidiness, cleanliness, presentation

Visual Merchandising

●      Help maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards

Standards

●      Comply with APM Monaco's procedures and standards
