Requirements Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar. Proven track record of aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence and challenge at all levels of the organization.
