Purpose of the Job: The Simulation Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and managing simulation activities to support product development, optimization, and innovation processes. This role provides critical virtual validation and performance insights for new designs, concepts, and product improvements before physical testing.
Major Responsibilities: 

Plan, allocate, and oversee simulation projects across product lines.

Ensure timely delivery of accurate, validated simulation results to support R&D, product engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Prioritize tasks and manage simulation workload within available resources.
Work closely with other R&D functions to gather requirements, provide insights, and recommend design improvements based on simulation outcomes.
