As a Senior Waiter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of service and hygiene in our dining hall. Responsibilities
- Assist in morning restaurant cleaning to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment.
- Clean and sanitize all service utensils before each service, maintaining a high level of hygiene.
- Support the Captain Waiter in setting up the restaurant, including mise en place preparation.
- Maintain a professional and clean appearance, adhering to our company's standards.
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Assist in placing food plates on clients' tables, providing a warm and friendly service.
- Change ashtrays and refill water glasses during service, anticipating guests' needs.
- Clear tables after meals and ensure a clean and tidy dining area.
- Transport dirty dishes and glasses to the dishwashing area, maintaining a clean workspace.
- Work collaboratively with the Captain Waiter, following their instructions and guidance.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
