Issue items to the restaurant departments based on approved requests.

Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures and ensure proper storage conditions.

Coordinate with the purchasing, kitchen, and restaurant teams.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom.

Prepare inventory and stock reports as required.
