AMS HCM Cloud Functional - Benefits

As a Subject Matter Expert:

1. Should have strong functional experience: 7-10 years in HCM Cloud
2. Must Have: Benefits, Good Experience in Benefits Open Enrolment
3. Good understanding of the HCM Business Processes.
4. Ability to work on Benefits Fast formula
5. Good experience in Benefits Extracts, Carrier Extracts
6. Conduct requirement discussions and also interact with Customer effectively.
7. Able to perform detailed analysis of the issue and communicate with Customers effectively
8. Good communication skills
9. Provide post-production support, analyze quarterly Oracle updates, and perform regression testing.
10. Good experience in handling Clients on - Requirements, Solution, Support Issues, Demo
11. Good experience working on Requirements, Functional Design documents & End to end Functional Testing.
12. Understanding of Offshore – Onsite Delivery model is an advantage.
13. Though not a complete Technical – should be able to query the data for analysis/debug.
