There are 2M+ temples in India - about 10k of these temples have a strong historical and cultural significance. Tourism to these religious places is a $10B opportunity. The Sri Mandir app is the world’s largest app for Hindu devotees and growing 20-25% month-on-month.

Role Description for PM:

Key Responsible areas

• Product Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior product managers to develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform product decisions.

• Product Development Support: Assist in defining product requirements, prioritizing features and managing the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

• User Experience Enhancement: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly product experiences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

• Feature Prioritization and Roadmapping: Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, data analysis, and business objectives, and assist in maintaining product roadmaps and release schedules.

• Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize data analytics and KPIs to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize product features to drive user engagement and retention.

Requirements:

• An Engineering or Management Graduate from a premier institute.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management is a must.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects from concept to launch.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools is preferred.

• A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

• Past experience in an e-commerce or supply chain setup will earn you an extra brownie

Basic Requirement:

• 2+ years of core work experience 

• Experience and Understanding the use of "CLEVERTAP"
