Job Summary
The Senior Associate, Talent Sourcing is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates to support the organization's hiring needs. The role partners closely with Recruiters to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver qualified candidates for open positions. This position focuses on proactive talent sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and maintaining accurate recruitment data while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, job fairs, social media platforms, employee referrals, talent communities, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and market mapping.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and generate interest in career opportunities.
Candidate Qualification
- Screen candidate profiles against job requirements and minimum qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone or virtual screening, when required, to validate candidate qualifications, experience, availability, and interest.
- Endorse qualified candidates to Recruiters within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Recruiter Partnership
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and sourcing strategies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience working in or supporting recruitment for an accounting firm or professional services organization is preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume or global recruitment.
- Experience in a multinational company, shared services, BPO, or accounting/professional services environment.
- Knowledge of labor market trends, talent mapping, and sourcing analytics.
