Deine Rolle
Als Senior PS Consultant (Mensch) bist du Teil unseres Professional-Services-Teams und verantwortest die erfolgreiche Implementierung unserer ERP-Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Workflow Management, Dokumentenmanagement (DMS) und Geschäftsprozessautomatisierung.Du begleitest Kunden während des gesamten Implementierungsprozesses – von der Analyse der Geschäftsprozesse über die technische Konfiguration bis hin zu Schulungen und Go-Live. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Kunden sowie internen Teams zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Lösungen optimal auf die individuellen Anforderungen abgestimmt sind.
Du fühlst dich sowohl in technischen Themen als auch im direkten Kundenkontakt wohl und möchtest Unternehmen bei ihrer digitalen Transformation begleiten.
