Job requirements

Role & Responsibilities

• Configure and customize our digital products, including Contact Aptia Pensions, to meet client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

• Utilize low code platforms and tools to efficiently customize digital solutions,

• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of configured solutions, including user acceptance testing.

• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, providing detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement.

• Develop and maintain configuration documentation, including system design, workflows, and user guides, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to stakeholders.

• Provide training and support to end-users on the configured solutions, including Contact Aptia Pensions, and assist with user adoption and change management efforts.

• Utilize your UI/UX experience to design and enhance the user interface and experience of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with industry best practices.

Skills

Required

• Fair knowledge of the UK Pensions industry, with experience across different business areas (member and scheme operations).

• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Good planning and organisational skills

• Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

• Willingness and ability to adapt to changing requirements, technologies, and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Problem-solving attitude.

Preferred

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in UI/UX design.

• Proficiency in low code development platforms and tools
