Outpatient Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
Compensation: $100-200/hour
Location: This is an on-site role based out of Livingston, NJ
Employment Type: W-2 Employee, Part-Time (12 hours per week)
The Outpatient Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families while maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time in collaboration with a supportive clinical team. As Mindsoother continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a new team member who shares our commitment to creating and maintaining a safe, non-judgmental, and affirming environment for both clients and staff. Our services are delivered in a highly ethical, confidential, and professional manner that promotes emotional and relational well-being while honoring each individual’s spiritual beliefs and cultural practices. This opportunity requires experience providing therapy to children and adolescents. Preferred applicants will have strong community ties/connections and/or have an established transferable private practice caseload of 6+ clients.
