Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Licensed Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
- Preferred background in or interest in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR , ACT)
- Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Full Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 clients per week
- Part Time: Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 20 clients per week
- Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
- Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
