Graduate Engineer

Role accountabilities:

• Able to work on straightforward tasks under appropriate supervision.
• Able to understand and implement the main codes and standards for the area of work.
• Undertake simple design tasks, modelling works.
• Able to produce sketches for communicating with BIM and lead region to convey the basic understanding of the design.
• Ensure Quality through necessary verification, checking of design submittals.
• Manage programme timelines, budget, and H&S for all the projects.
• Positive attitude towards Health & Safety.
• Show due regard for the environment and for the sustainable management of natural resources.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Have a thorough knowledge on at least one out of Software Application like STAAD, MIDAS, LUSAS, ROBOT.
• Scripting and Automation Tool Knowledge is an advantage. (Python or Grasshopper)
• Demonstrated ability to undertake self-learing using inhouse and web-based materials.
• Bear confidence to work independently with good influencing/motivating skills.
• Excellent Communication both written, verbal
• Strong Aptitude and problem solving technicques
• Fair Knowledge of design standards preferably international, application processes.
• Design of elements using software and should be able to validate through alternative means, if necessary, by applying basic principles.
• CADD application, Drawing tools knowledge

Experience:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Structural design (Bridge design experience preferable), sound knowldedge in fundamentals of structural engineering and structural behaviour.

Qualification:

• Post-Graduation in Civil/Structure Engineering.
