Associate Director of School Finance

Summary:

The Department of Catholic Schools of the Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking a dynamic, mission driven and detail-oriented Associate Director of School Finance to serve the ministry of Catholic education by supporting the financial operations of a network of schools. This role is responsible for budgeting support, financial reporting and accounting coordination across multiple campuses, ensuring accurate, consistent, and mission-aligned stewardship of resources.

Working in collaboration with pastors, principals, school finance committees and Department of Catholic School leadership, the Associate Director of School Finance helps ensure that financial practices reflect both sound business principles and alignment with compliance of accreditation standards. This position serves as the primary financial resource for the school network and partners closely with other Business Operations staff within the department.

This role is well-suited for a finance professional who views their work as a form of service to the Church and contributes to the sustainability and vitality of Catholic schools.
