Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday / 11am - 8pm Summary: Under the guidance of the Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) Compliance Manager, the Security Monitor is primarily responsible for the review of camera footage and day-to-day interactions between staff and child, child and child, and staff and staff. The Security Monitor is continuously observing interactions and routines to find deviations in routines and/or policies and procedures. The Security Monitor will alert program management to high-risk situations and help identify ways to mitigate risk based on observations. The Security Monitor has no supervisory responsibilities and reports directly to the PSA Compliance Manager.
