Summary:
The Construction Superintendent position will have considerable experience in managing subcontractors, overseeing all aspects of the construction process and communicating with project management and executives. The position requires planning, coordinating, and supervising personnel, subcontractors and vendors ensuring that they complete the work on time and within budget, OSHA standards, with quality workmanship and to the Archdiocese’s policies/standards.
Demonstrated experience must be shown in both areas of site improvements and vertical construction. The ideal candidate will also be flexible and willing to work on various or succeeding projects as needed.
