Participants will learn more about the firm, hear from the senior leaders, meet and network with bankers. Select participants will receive a guaranteed first-round interview for the Ardea Partners’ 2028 summer internship program.

To qualify as a participant for Ardea’s 2026 Women’s Insight Day in New York, you must:
Identify as a female student
Be enrolled in an undergraduate program, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2028 and July 2029
