Concierge Part-Time

Now Hiring: Part-Time Concierge (25 Hours Weekly)

We’ve got a brand-new multifamily 55+ Active Living Community—and we’re not talking basic. Think resort-style living with a Heated Indoor Pool, Beautiful Fitness Center to include Fitness on Demand, a Billiards Lounge, Full Swing Golf Simulator, a Dog Park, and much much more! Now we just need someone to help welcome our residents and guests when they come home!

THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE:

Monday - Friday from 10 am - 3 pm

OR 

Monday - Friday from 12 pm - 5 pm. 

Who you are:

· Friendly, positive, energetic

· Good phone etiquette

· Good customer service skills

· Strong communicator

Essential Duties: (Other duties may be assigned)

· Answer phones and direct calls appropriately

· Greet and assist residents and guests in a professional and welcoming manner

· Address basic resident requests and inquiries promptly and courteously

· Provide information about the property, local area, and available services

· Manage package deliveries, pickups, and notification

· Promote a positive and service-oriented atmosphere in the lobby and common areas

· Assist with community event logistics and communications

Skills & Qualifications:

· High school diploma/GED, required

· Previous customer service experience preferred

· Tech Savvy, required
